General Description

Hangsterfer's Machine Cleaner is designed for dilution with water for various cleaning applications. Machine Cleaner delivers excellent results when used as an individual sump or central system cleaning product.

Application

Application Concentration Machine Sump Cleaner 5%-10% Parts Washer 2%-15% All Purpose Cleaner 2%-5% *Diluted with water, Machine Cleaner works as a machine sump cleaner, in parts washer systems and as an all purpose cleaner solution.

Instructions

Machine Cleaner should be mixed at 5% to 10% for effective machine sump/ system cleaning. Do not add Machine Cleaner to your existing coolant. Drain coolant sump and add mixed Machine Cleaner to your sump or system at the desired concentration. Add sufficient Machine Cleaner solution so that the pumps will prime and feed the total coolant system. Recirculation time should be a minimum of 30 minutes.

Maintenance

Use auxiliary spray hose to wash down inside of machine center cabinet. A spray and wipe technique may be used for exterior surfaces close to control board and other sensitive areas. Never spray Machine Cleaner directly on to electrical controls, etc. Pump out Machine Cleaner and thoroughly rinse system with fresh water. Recharge system with mixed Hangsterfer's coolant at the correct concentration.
